The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the facility was beautiful and impeccably clean. There are great options including saunas, a steam room, and hot and cold plunge pools at varying temperatures, as well as compression therapy and infrared saunas.
The cold water and tea station was a lovely touch.

Big shoutout to Lucy ( hope is spelled her name correctly) she’s always so kind, easy to deal with, and super accommodating every time I’m there. Last time she even helped me track down my lost shoes, which I really appreciated.
It’s those little things that make a place stand out. Highly recommend
