Yes! We offer a 7 day comfort guarantee, which allows you to try out Merse and make sure you love it – which we know you will! If for whatever reason you decide within the first 7 days of using Merse that you don’t want to continue on to a membership, you can simply cancel.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership within the first 7 days of using Merse. Simply let one of our team members at Reception know and we will take care of it for you.
