A focused, therapeutic massage tailored to your body. Ideal for treating aches, tightness or limited mobility, this session works to release tension and improve range of motion.
A: The full session is 90 minutes — 30 minutes of red light therapy followed by a 60 minute remedial massage.
A: Yes. Your therapist will assess your needs and tailor the remedial massage to target areas of tightness, pain or dysfunction.
