A: Your Double Bathhouse Experience includes 60 minutes of unlimited access to all our bathhouse facilities for you and your guest to enjoy together in one session.
A: Please bring swimwear, a towel, and a water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring slides or sandals for moving around the bathhouse.
A: No — your session is completely flexible. You’re welcome to follow our contrast therapy Flow of hot, cold, and rest, or create your own ritual that suits how you’re feeling that morning.
A: Booking via the Webstore:
1. Log in using the same account used to purchase your Experience.
2. Navigate to the ‘Bathhouse’ service category.
3. Select your preferred option: Weekday, Weekday Morning, or Weekend.
4. Choose your preferred date and time.
5. Confirm your booking!
Booking via the Merse Wellness Spa App:
1. Head to the Merse Wellness Spa App and log in using the same account used to purchase your Experience.
2. Navigate to the service tab on the bottom panel of your app.
3. Select the ‘Bathhouse’ service category.
4. Select your preferred option: Weekday, Weekday Morning, or Weekend.
5. Choose your preferred date and time.
6. Agree to the terms & conditions.
7. Select ‘Book Reservation’.
When booking via the app, your package credit will be manually applied by our team in-spa when you arrive to check in. You may see an amount owing during checkout—this will be corrected upon arrival.
