Take your time moving through our spa facilities — including Hot Rock Saunas, Heated Magnesium Spas, Cold Plunge Pools, Contrast Therapy, and Monsoon Showers. It’s the ultimate circuit for recovery, relaxation, and circulation.
Choose the massage that suits you best. Our Relaxation Massage is gentle and calming—perfect for stress relief. For muscle tension or discomfort, the Remedial Massage offers targeted, therapeutic support.
The bathhouse experience is designed to support both mind and body across a range of wellness goals. Move at your own pace through our restorative facilities including hot rock saunas, heated magnesium spas, cold plunge pools, contrast therapy and monsoon showers. You can explore freely or follow our recommended Merse Flow for a guided journey through heat, cold and rest that encourages deep recovery.
