A: Merse experiences and retail products.
Merse Rewards points cannot be used on Gift Card purchases or membership payments.
A: Merse rewards points can’t be used with other discounts or promotions. Simply redeem points on full priced experiences.
A:At the moment, points can only be redeemed in person by letting our team know when you arrive for your experience. You can check your balance anytime in the Merse Wellness Spa app under the Loyalty section.
A: To earn Merse Rewards points, make your purchase using a standard payment method. Purchases made with gift cards do not accumulate points.
A: Points are just for you, they can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash.
A: Refer a friend to Merse Wellness Spa by sharing your unique referral code, found in the Account then Referral tabs of the app. When your friend books their first visit using your unique code, they’ll receive $20 to use. After they visit, you’ll receive $20 in Merse Rewards credit (equal to 400 loyalty points) as a thank you.
You can access and share your code anytime through the app. For any other questions about Merse Rewards or referrals, our in-spa team is always happy to help.
A: Every Merse account is automatically registered for Merse Rewards. If you’ve made a purchase in the last 90 days, you’ve likely already earned points, just check the app to see how many you have to redeem!
A: For every $1 you spend at Merse, you’ll earn 1 point. Each point is worth $0.05, which means 20 points = $1 off future experiences or products. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing to recover with us.
