CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation or Changing of an Appointment Time
At Merse Wellness Spa we strive to exceed your expectations. On occasions, you may need to change your appointment time or day and we will always respect this. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 2 hours notice for all services besides Massage so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment. If you cancel within 2 hours, You will be charged $20.
Massage Therapy
When booking a Massage Therapy service, you will be required to pay a deposit of 100% of the service price. This deposit is refundable to account balance if you need to cancel or change your appointment time within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours – You will be charged 100% of the service price. If you have an active package with us, we will redeem a package benefit in lieu of payment.
Payments
At Merse Wellness Spa, we do not require pre-payment for all of our services however we do require an active payment method to be saved to your client profile to reserve your appointment. When booking online for the first time, you will be asked for card details. Your card will not be charged until the time of your appointment.
You may pre-pay for your services by purchasing a pre-paid package. Packages are non-refundable. Please ensure you check the expiry date of the package you have selected. These range from 14 days to 3 years. Once a package has expired, you will not be able to redeem the benefits.
Running Late
Everyone runs late from time to time. On any such occasion, we will do everything possible to ensure you can experience your full experience. If the next session is at capacity then you will need to finish at your allocated finish time. No refund or discount will apply.
No Show
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 24 hours for massage and 2 hours for all other services, one of the following may be implemented:
AGE POLICY
Merse Wellness Spa is happy to welcome those aged 12 years and older; however, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult and follow all spa rules. Those aged 18 and over may enjoy the facilities unaccompanied.
PAYMENT PROCESS
We accept MasterCard and Visa card payments. We are a Cashless facility.
PRICES
All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax 10%) unless specified otherwise. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Products
Please note we do not offer refunds on products unless they are deemed faulty on inspection by our customer service team once returned. We also do not offer returns if you have ordered the wrong size or colour. We also do not offer returns for change of mind purchases.
Services
Refunds are not available for change of mind. Credits and Credit packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for redemption at the selected Merse Wellness location may be purchased online or in spa. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers are available for any specific amount, services or Day packages.
